Turtle Pecan Roll

Heavy, messy, and totally out of control. We morphed our date base into a pitch-black brownie dough using rich Dutch-processed cocoa. Then, we stuffed the core with real homestyle caramel, smeared the top with even more caramel, pressed in freshly toasted pecan halves, and smothered the entire brick in a heavy milk chocolate drizzle. Grab a napkin. You're going to need it.
