Signature Salted Roll

The roll that started it all. We took pure, caramel-rich Deglet Noor dates and transformed them into a dense, velvety dough. We stuffed the core with a liquid-gold date caramel, drizzled each roll in premium 70% dark chocolate, and finished it with giant, shattered flakes of Maldon sea salt. It is chewy, unapologetically rich, and perfectly balanced. Pure energy, zero guilt.
